To record Health and Safety Issues first Set Up Health And Safety Issues.


This will add an additional button for all Employees in the Factory version (see highlighted below). 

 

After clicking this button the following should be displayed

 

Select an Issue Name, a Severity and add an optional Note and click OK to save - see below as an example.
