Quote Status
Empower ships with three standard Quote Statuses - Accepted, Current and Expired.
These cannot be altered or edited, however additional ones can be added and edited.
To do this, from the Main Menu go to Set Up > Quote Status.
You should see a page similar to
To add an additional Quote Status, enter the new Quote Status and click on Add.
To edit a Quote Status click on Edit next to the Quote Status to be edited.
