Introducing Facial Recognition
Empower's Facial Recognition allows for a camera on a computer, phone or tablet to quickly and simply identify an Employee when
- Clocking In and Out at the start and end of the day
- Going to and from smokos and lunch
- Logging In and Out of Tasks, and
You can set up Facial Recognition for all or just some Employees - for more information see Setting Up Facial Recognition.
At this stage we have tested Facial Recognition on PCs, Apple Macs and Android based phones and tablets.
However Apple IOS devices are not supported at this stage.
Facial Recognition is not fool proof and some Employees may attempt to by pass or "spoof" it. Empower has some recommendations on how to minimize this - for more information see Anti Spoof.
